Downtown Columbia is surrounded by the University of Missouri, Columbia College and Stephens College campuses. Watch black and gold blanket the streets on football Saturdays, tour Columbia College in winter while it’s adorned in festive lights, or admire the Colonial Revival architecture on a weekend stroll through Stephens College.
Much of downtown Columbia is designated as a district on the National Register of Historic Places. Architects like Morris Frederick Bell have given us a lot to admire as you walk around downtown!

Columbia's first city hall, jail and fire station sat vacant for several years when we acquired it. Now this gem of a structure houses a New York–inspired Italian and pizza restaurant.
